“ Jim has exclusively represented us in our expansion throughout the Cleveland market area for nearly 15 years. We are now working on a further expansion in northeast Ohio. Jim has the uncanny ability to identify sites, uncover their hidden ownership and creatively assemble them for our development. He doggedly pursues opportunities, even when it appears they are impossible to obtain. Jim has also identified brokers to represent us as we have entered other markets. We appreciate the great work by Jim and the Guggenheim team in being our partners in expansion. ”
